I am a specialist, by training and experience, in helping people to develop Spiritual Intelligence.
Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) is the ability to know, understand and use deep awareness to form identity, solve problems and attain goals.
I work with individuals, teams and organisations to reach integration between identity, process and performance, thus SQ3.
My focus points are: diversity and identification, crisis and change, leadership development, team health assessment and intervention, retreat facilitation, relationship and communication skills and perspective expansion.
To this end I have worked with individuals, teams and organisations across the spectrum of South Africa, and internationally, including: public health, business leadership teams, inner city communities, informal settlements, nature conservation, executive and life coaching and NPOs.
